Mr. Mandeep Singh, Advocate and Mr. Nagar Singh, Advocate for respondents No.2 to 4. ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the statement of the parties could not be recorded as the complainants are not acknowledging the compromise.

Even, the trial Court has submitted a report that the parties did not appear for recording the statements.

Even after granting one more opportunity to comply with the order dated 25.08.2021, the parties could not appear before the trial Court. Thereafter, 30 days more time was granted to the parties to get their statements recorded, however again, a report has been received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tarn Taran dated 08.04.2021, that the parties did not appear for recording their respective statements. In view of the above, counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to file afresh petition, in case the parties still acknowledge the factum of compromise.
