(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to carry out the demarcation of the property of the petitioners comprised in Khewat No.27//20 Khatoni No.31, Plot/ Khasra No.92 (0-13 G.M.) and 231 (1-8 G.M.) situated in the revenue estate of Village Hui (Hadbast No.23) Tehsil Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri as per the jamabandi for the year 2022-23. 2.

On advance service of copy of petition, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana, appears on behalf of the respondent(s)-State. 3.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Sajjan Kumar, Tehsildar, Badhra submits that in pursuance of the application submitted by the petitioner, for demarcation of the property, the action has already been initiated and in all probability, the demarcation proceedings would be concluded within a period of four weeks from today.
