Ritu Bahri, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Hardeep Kaur, has informed that the recovery of gold articles has been effected apart from other things.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 13.06.2016 are made absolute. The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the terms and conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
