Versus
Brig. K S Guleria and Ors.
....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN
Present:
Mr. L.S. Bedi - Petitioner in person.
Mr. Manish Dadwal, AAG, Haryana.
Mr. J.S. Kahlon, Advocate for respondents No.1 to 25 (except respondents No.4, 20 and 23).
ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges willful disobedience of the order dated 18.11.2016 passed by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Cooperation Department.
On 18.11.2016, on an application filed by the petitioner, it was observed "status quo be granted".
Admittedly, it is own case of the petitioner that subsequently, the said revision petition No.14, stands dismissed vide detailed order dated 15.03.2018.
Since the interim order merges in the final order, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. (ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN) JUDGE 09.03.2023 yakub Whether speaking/reasoned:
