Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is attributed a gun shot injury on the person of Sukhraj Singh but during the course of investigation, the prosecution agency has arrived at a conclusion that the petitioner had fired in the air only. It will not be appropriate for this court to enter into the niceties of the trial to determine the contradictions. Dismissed. However, it is ordered that in case the trial is not concluded within a period of six months after the receipt of a certified copy of this order, it will be open to the petitioner to approach this court again for bail.
