Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.0067 dated 02.02.2024 registered under Sections 419, 420 & 506 IPC at Police Station Krishna Gate, Thanasar, District Kurukshetra, Haryana. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Naresh of Police Station Thansar, District Kurukshetra, Haryana submits that in compliance of order 13.03.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
