**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 113 dated 7.12.2017, registered under Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 and Section 354-D, 406, 506 IPC, Women Police Station, Palwal, Haryana.

Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 18.1.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.

State counsel states that the petitioners have joined the investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 18.1.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
