After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the concerned court within a week from today and moves an application for regular bail, it shall decide the same on the same day.
