Learned State counsel submits that in view of order dated October 12, 2015, both petitioners are present in court. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that private respondents have reconciled to the marriage and no dispute survives between the parties any longer.

This contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of above, this petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
