RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) CRM-20925-2022 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Date of hearing of the main case is preponed to today and the same is taken up on Board today itself.

CRM-M-10926-2020 Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to transfer the investigation in case FIR No.49, dated 20.06.2019, under Sections 354-B, 324, 427 IPC, registered at Police Station Rangar Nangal, Police District Batala to some senior officer.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that after registration of the FIR, there is no progress in the investigation and hence, the same be transferred to some senior officer.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedy before the trial Court in accordance with law.
