ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate them on the posts on which they were earlier working, along with consequential benefits on the ground that their case is squarely covered by Division Bench judgment dated 04.06.2010 passed by Delhi High Court in case titled as "Nek Mohammad v. Union of India and others" passed in WP (C ) 5135 of 2003 (Annexure P-7).

Petitioners joined as Heavy Duty Drivers having been duly selected and appointed as such during the years 2012-14 after undergoing requisite tests. On the basis of suspicion regarding their educational qualification, they were served with Show Cause Notices, replies to which were filed by the petitioners. They also filed separate writ petitions which were dismissed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that case of the petitioners is squarely covered by Nek Mohammad's judgment (supra). 4.

The petitioners had earlier also challenged their dismissal from service by filing separate writ petitions which were dismissed. 6.

In view of the dismissal of earlier writ petitions filed by the petitioners, no ground for interference by this Court is made out. 7.
