(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 31.01.2024 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Collector-cum-Additional Deputy Commissioner (Urban Development), Bathinda and order dated 29.01.2025 (Annexure P-2), passed by learned Commissioner, Faridkot Division.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching all the necessary documents.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
