PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.145 dated 27.02.2015 registered under Sections 363/366-A/411 IPC and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat at Nuh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that complainant married the brother-in-law of the petitioner, namely, Nasim and protection order was sought from this Court. The FIR has been got registered against the petitioner and others just to involve the entire family. Petitioner is behind bars since 03.05.2015. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioner can be granted concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Mewat.
