(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.156 dated 26.12.2015, registered at Police Station Sarhali, District Tarn Taran, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 354, 323 and 452 read with Section 34 IPC.
At the very outset, learned State, on instructions from ASI Manpreet Singh, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 14.06.2016 of this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation on 11.08.2016 and their custodial interrogation is not required at this stage. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.06.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute.
