 Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondent No.4-Sub Registrar to Register/Endorse the sale deed qua the land of the petitioner situated in village Bid Babupur, Tehsil & District Panchakula. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to register the sale deed of the land of petitioner in view of report of Patwari dated 15.03.2022 (Annexure P-7) on the application dated 14.03.2022 in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has submitted that CWP No.18056 of 2017 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 24.02.2023. She has submitted that in pursuance to the same, the matter is pending adjudication regarding this land before the Collector Agrarian and the RITTU 2023.12.22 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

$# #677 petitioner would also be affected by the same. She has further submitted that in view of the same, the present petition is not maintainable. In view of the above submissions made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his remedies before the Collector, Agrarian in accordance with law.
