RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Sunil Kumar in case FIR No.15 dated 25.01.2017 under Sections 323/325/341/379-B IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Rewari, Haryana.

On instructions from ASI Manveer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 01.06.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
