The present appeal was filed in the year 2022 and repeatedly the case was adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. On 28.02.2024 the following order was passed : "A request for an adjournment has been made by learned counsel for the appellant on the ground he needs some time to inspect the record of the Courts which was requisitioned vide order dated 14.12.2022. Though no ground is made out to further adjourn the matter however, in the interest of justice, adjourned to 26.11.2024 subject to payment of Rs.5000/- as costs to be deposited with the High Court Lawyers' Welfare Fund." 2.

As per the office report, till date the costs have not been deposited. The learned counsel for the appellant states that the appellant has not come forward to deposit the costs and, hence, he is not able to comply Yogesh Sharma 2024.11.27 10:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
