SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.80 dated 14.07.2009, under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Anandpur Sahib, Rupnagar.
Following order was passed by this Court on 18.08.2015:- " Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for an adjournment.
List again on 12.10.2015.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall

Learned State counsel who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Gurmeet Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 18.08.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
