' )* +,- This is an application for anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 127 dated 08.05.2015, registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Division No, 5, Civil Lines, District Ludhiana. The allegations in the FIR were that the petitioners had received huge amount of Rs. 1.50 crores out of a total consideration of Rs. 2 crores but were neither giving the possession of the land nor were they executing the sale deed.

On the last date the following contention was noticed:- " Adjourned to 05.12.2015 to enable learned counsel for the petitioners to verify the assertion that two suits filed by the petitioners have been dismissed and the land is now in the possession of the complainants.

Interim order to continue"

(O&M) -2Learned counsel for the petitioners states that only one of the suit now stands dismissed and that too in default and application is being filed for restoration thereof and the possession is still with the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the complainant and learned Addl.AG, on instructions from ASI Malkeet Singh, however, assert that the possession is with the complainant.

Be that as it may, in these circumstances I do not deem it appropriate to deny the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The interim order dated 29.06.2015 is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of.

Since the main case has been decided, the Criminal Misc.Application, if any, stands disposed of. ( AJAY TEWARI ) December 05, 2015 JUDGE sunita SUNITA NAGPAL 2015.12.07 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity y of this document Chandigarh
