Mr. Mazlish Khan, Advocate, for the petitioner. **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondentCommission to give five numbers of socio-economic criteria, as per advertisement dated 26.08.2018.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is having 65 marks in the written examination and the last cutt off of general category is 69 marks and waiting cut off is 68 marks.

The present petition deserves to be dismissed as the final result has already been declared on 19.01.2019 and the petitioner has approached this Court on 05.03.2019. The petitioner should have approached this Court before scrutiny of documents that he has inadvertently while filling the application form, the petitioner filled YES against column Sr. No. 1. He has approached this Court very late when the candidates have already joined. Dismissed.
