The learned trial Court concerned, is also directed to, within four months hereafter, conclude the trial, as, arises from FIR No. 129 of 17.10.2019 (Annexure P-1), which was registered at Police Station Tarsika, District Amritsar, constituting therein offences under Sections 302, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
