As the present petition has been got dismissed as withdrawn and the order granting interim bail in this case, has already been vacated by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, therefore, learned trial Court is directed to get the petitioner arrested by issuing non-bailable warrants. The concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, is also directed to look into the matter personally and to make every effort to arrest the accused-petitioner. Learned trial Court is further directed to send the report in this case after four months.
