**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that on 13.04.2016 the accused persons have come to the house of the petitioner and outrage the modesty of her daughter, namely, Baljinder Kaur, while seeing her alone. The petitioner called at helpline No.181 and the police officials immediately reached there and asked him not to report this matter further. Thereafter, one ASI Singh as well as ASI Parshotam forced the petitioner to sign on blank papers. In this regard, the petitioner moved a representation dated 14.04.2016 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 but no action has been taken thereon till date.
In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Inspector General of Police, Patiala (respondent No.2), to look into the representation dated 14.04.2016 (Annexure P-1), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
