The instant revision petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 14.02.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panipat, dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent-Bank for issuing `No Objection Certificate' qua mortgaged property, so as to enable the petitioner to fully settle the loan amount by selling the said property. Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a photostat copy of receipt dated 29.03.2023 issued by `Punjab and Haryana High Court Bark Clerks' Association' regarding deposit of costs of Rs.10,000/- imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 23.03.2023 passed by this Court. Said receipt is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
