***** AMIT RAWAL, J. (Oral) Contends that the petitioner had not appeared before the trial Court on 1.4.2016 owing to noting of the wrong date. His bail was cancelled. He moved an application for grant of anticipatory bail, but the same has also been dismissed by the Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 30.4.2016.

In view of the fact that the petitioner was already on bail and appearing before the Court regularly, he is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate, Ferozepur.

Petition stands disposed of.
