Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to order dated 14.02.2023 (Annexure P-9), in CRM-M-48089-2022, titled as Vijay Kumar Saini V/s Central Bureau of Invesitgation and Others, wherein FIR No.RC5A of 2002 dated 26.09.2002, Police Station CBI ACUIV New Delhi, under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC, whereby it was quashed qua the petitioners therein, based on the statements made. 2.

She states that the petitioner is also an accused in the aforesaid FIR and before the Special Judge CBI on 10.02.2023 statements, (Annexure P-12) were recorded and as such, the application which is pending, before VISHAL VARDHAN 2025.09.06 10:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-13473-2023 (O&M) -2the Court of Special Court, Mohali, on 04.09.2025 may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

In view of the limited prayer made and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to decide the application aforesaid qua the petitioner preferably within the period of two months.
