Ritu Bahri, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 439, Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, Rohit, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Section 6 of the Protection of the Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Section 23 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, and Sections 323, 354A(i), 363, 366 and 376-D, IPC, in a case arising out of FIR No.53, dated 11.11.2015, registered at Police Station, Women, District Bhiwani. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Dalip Singh, has informed that the statement of the petitioner under Section 313, Cr.P.C has been recorded and the case is fixed for 13.07.2016 for final arguments.

No ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out at this stage.

Dismissed.
