(ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of FIR No.5 dated 17.04.2010 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 324, 341, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Phase XI, District Mohali, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, including order dated 20.07.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mohali, whereby, he has been declared as a proclaimed offender. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
