Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 to protect his life and liberty from the hands of Navdeep Kumar, Naveen Kumar, Prem Kumar, Subhash, Yadwinder Singh and Pawan Aartia.

Heard.

Petitioner had moved a representation (Annexure P-3) before the higher police officials for redressal of his grievance. However, no action has been taken on the same so far. Accordingly, without adverting to the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation (Annexure P-3), moved by the petitioner, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
