Notice of motion. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Ranbir Singh Pathania, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. The counsel for the petitioner shall supply three copies of complete paper book to the counsel appearing for the State. 2.

The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 15. The petitioner shall give a representation to the 2nd respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka along with this order who will consider the same and afford to the petitioner such protection as the situation might warrant.
