The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.4 and not to harass the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.4. The petitioner contends that a civil suit is pending with respect to the disputed property and the 4th respondent in connivance with the police official is pressurizing him to give his land to Suvidha Centre. The petitioner shall give a representation to the 2nd respondent, Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur along with this order who will consider the same and pass such appropriate orders on the representation given by the petitioner as the situation might warrant.
