Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Braham Parkash, Police Station, Bhupani, District Faridabad, has no objection to the above-said prayer.

Disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, who is also the Station House Officer, Police Station, Bhupani, District Faribabad, to get the investigation of the present case conducted under his direct supervision.
