The petitioner in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking issuance of direction to official respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from private respondents No.5 to 9 and not to trespass into the land of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved a representation dated 14.01.2025 before respondent No.2Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) (Annexure P-5) seeking his help in this regard but no decision has been taken thereupon. 3.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) to look into the representation dated 14.01.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the restricted prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) to decide the representation dated 14.01.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
