PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of interim bail to the petitioners for two weeks in a case arising from FIR No.110 dated 01.05.2015 registered under Sections 376, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition, however, prays that petitioners have already moved application for regular bail before the trial Court, the trial Court may be directed to decide the bail application forthwith. He further states that regular bail application is fixed for 1.7.2015.
