Mr. Rahul Verma, Advocate submits that the instant petition may be disposed of in the light of order dated 05.09.2024 passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions including CWP-22006-2017. He confirms that respondent-workman is still working with petitioner-management. 2.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana does not oppose prayer of the workman-respondent. He further submits that if workman has already been reinstated, he would be entitled to benefit as extended to reinstated workmen and if he has not been reinstated, he would get benefit accordingly.
