Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.28 dated 24.04.2015, registered under Sections 363 and 3660A IPC, Police Station Malout Sadar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 21.01.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated.

Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
