PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents to provide additional transit police security to the petitioner as and when he is produced before the Court to face trial in the cases registered against him.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if the direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation (Annexure P-3) in a stipulated period. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that another accused with whom the petitioner has a dispute is also confined in the same jail. -2CRM-M-20131 of 2015 special measures for care of the petitioner are required to be taken by the jail authorities.

Learned counsel for the State has filed reply on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3, same is taken on record. It is submitted in the reply that they are taking appropriate measures and proper care for protection of the petitioner.

Without going into the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Jhajjar to look into the grievance of the petitioner as mentioned in Annexure P-3. It is further directed that petitioner and the accused with whom the petitioner is having dispute shall not be kept in the same barrack.
