(Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No. 171 dated 06.10.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 363, 366 IPC at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar (Rural) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitioner stands acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Amrtisar vide judgment dated 04.04.2024. A copy of the said order handed over in Court today is taken on record. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
