AMIT RAWAL, J. (Oral) Contends that the petitioner had already been granted bail, but had sought exemption from appearance in the Court, which was rejected on 16.5.2016 and his bail was cancelled. In this regard, anticipatory bail was filed, which has also been rejected by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mansa. Offence is under Section 420 IPC. Petitioner undertakes to appear before the trial Court as and when directed.

The petitioner may appear before the trial Court on 4.7.2016. If he does so, he shall be permitted to furnish bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. Arrest of the petitioner is stayed. Petition stands disposed of.
