The petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to official respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the petitioner from private respondents No.7 and 8 as the petitioner is apprehending danger to his life and liberty from them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has moved a representation dated 08.02.2025 before respondents No.3 and 4 (Annexure P-5) seeking his help in this regard but no decision has been taken thereupon.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to respondents No.3 and 4 to look into the representation dated 08.02.2025 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
