The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.1 and 2 to address his complaint dated 25.09.2025 filed against respondent No.3.

On 26.02.2026, the following order was passed by this Court:- "Counsel for the petitioner asserts that his siblingrespondent No.3, who is posted as Vice Principal with Govt. Model Sr. Sec. School Sector 37-B, Chandigarh, is carrying on private business, while discharging government duties. He submits that the petitioner has given complaint, Annexure P-4, to the Director, School Education, which has not been inquired into.
