(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer in the present crl. misc. petition for appropriate direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 30.05.2016 (Annexure P-1). The petitioner submits that he is apprehending danger to his life and liberty from respondent Nos.4 to 9 and for putting forth that grievance, he has moved a representation (Annexure P-1) to the Superintendent of Police, Patiala, highlighting therein his grievance and his apprehension. The counsel for the petitioner prays that a direction be issued to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the representation dated 30.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) and take necessary steps in accordance with law.

Without going into the merits of the case and without commenting thereon, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Patiala-respondent No.2 to look into the PANKAJ KUMAR 2016.06.15 14:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
