(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.23 dated 11.03.2016, under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of previous order dated 30.11.2016 of this Court, a joint petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, has already been filed by the parties. In view of the above-said fact, order dated 15.06.2016, passed by this Court whereby ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
