**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.57 dated 26.02.2022 under Sections 420 and 120 of IPC 1860 registered at Police Station, City Kharar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, Police Station Kharar, submits that in compliance of order dated 01.04.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.04.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
