R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of two weeks interim bail to the petitioner for treatment of his son in FIR No. 45 dated 25.06.2013 registered under Section 18/25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, at Police Station Sadar, Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.
On instructions from ASI Beera Singh, learned State counsel submits that the trial Court had acquitted the petitioner on 22.07.2015. In view of the above, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
