Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted. On the last date of hearing, it was undertaken on behalf of the petitioner that he will deposit an amount of ` 50,000/- with the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sangrur and thereafter, following order was passed :- "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got the instructions from the petitioner to say that petitioner is ready and willing to deposit an amount of ` 50,000/- with the Chief GREESH SAHNI 2015.08.24 12:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

When the case was taken up in the pre-lunch session, learned counsel for the petitioner apprised the court that the petitioner has not complied with the above order dated 11.8.2015 passed by this court. However, he sought a pass over, which was granted, so as to enable him to get instructions from the petitioner.

Thereafter, the case has been taken up twice. However, neither anybody has come present nor any request for pass over has been made. In view of the above, it seems that neither the petitioner has complied with the above said order dated 11.8.2015 nor he is now interested to comply with the same.

In view of the above, no case for interference is made out. Dismissed.
