(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing complaint No.670 dated 29.04.2013 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, summoning order dated 12.07.2013 of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana and order dated 17.10.2014 of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that complaint of the respondent has been accepted by the trial Court.
