In the light of the above disc cussion, the impugned order does not suf ffer from perversity or illegality y. The maintenance awarded is based on n a fair assessment of the resp pondent's earning capacity.
Accordingly y, I find no ground to exercise t the revisional jurisdiction of this Court.
