2. Learned counsel submits that the petitioners, who are working as Data Entry Operators/Accountants/MIS Co-ordinators in the Block Primary Education Offices, when posted in the District Education Offices are paid higher salary of Rs.33,480/-, however, in Block Primary Education Offices, they get Rs.29,520/-. This disparity has been brought to the notice by the Block Primary Education Officer of all the districts, copy of District Jalandhar dated 16.02.2021, has been appended as Annexure P-5, to District Education Officer, also observing therein that there is no letter that have been issued by the Head Office or District Office for reduction of salary and requested to remove the difference of salary of employees working on the same post as also to release the funds related to low salary of employees working in Block level, however, no action has been taken by the authorities. In this regard, a legal notice dated 27.10.2023, Annexure P-10, has MOHIT 2024.03.14 17:52 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
