SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking the concession of grant of regular bail for the petitioner in FIR No.102 dated 30.09.2023 under Sections 21(c), 61,85,29 of NDPS Act registered at P.S Sadar Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
